What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain software solutions in an agile environment, writing clean, scalable code.
• Implement features, create proof-of-concepts, and run experiments to guide technical decisions.
• Optimize performance, monitor metrics, and track delivery like lead time and deployment frequency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and process improvements.
• Provide input on technology enhancements and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in software development using Java.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
• Expertise in microservices, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, Oracle, PostgreSQL, BigTable, BigQuery, Git.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub CI), Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ruby, Python, Perl, Node.js, Bash, C, C++.
• Experience with native/hybrid cloud environments.
