What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend code in C++ using modern patterns.
• Develop scalable server-side components and gRPC-based APIs for distributed environments.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, architects, and product managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, concurrency, and scalability; build automated testing infrastructure.
• Integrate backend with frontend, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot defects.
• Lead design discussions, mentor developers, and contribute to platform modernization and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years in Object-Oriented Programming, primarily C++
• Strong system design, architecture, and design patterns expertise.
• Proficiency in debugging, profilers, GitHub/TFS, unit testing, and TDD.
• Distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading in C++; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with industrial automation, MES/OT environments, secure coding practices.

Nice to have

• SQL Server or Oracle experience.
• gRPC or similar RPC frameworks.
