Compensation: $111,300 - $194,300 USD (eligible for bonus)

What you will do

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and usability through best practices and bottleneck resolution.
• Build and maintain automation scripts, IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Design secure, scalable APIs, manage relational databases, and ensure data integrity for integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, Support, and engineering teams on requirements and delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement and release processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, XSLT, XML
• Extensive experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes
• Ability to collaborate across Quality Engineering, Support, and Operations

Nice to have

• Experience with geographically distributed teams
• Familiarity with statistical/mathematical problem-solving in software
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise SaaS architecture
