What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance SCIM connectors using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define technical specifications aligned with identity governance best practices.
• Conduct peer code reviews and collaborate with QA to resolve defects.
• Audit existing SCIM codebases for vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps.
• Debug, troubleshoot, test, and deploy fixes and enhancements.
• Document modifications and contribute to development standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development in enterprise environments
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot architecture
• Strong experience with SCIM protocol and REST APIs
• Skills in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD
• Familiarity with OAuth2, SAML, or OpenID Connect
