Salary: $27.00 - $40.00 hourly + 15% shift differential

What you will do
- Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians on the night shift, providing training and support.
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on processing equipment like crushers, screens, and conveyors.
- Conduct equipment inspections, manage spare parts inventory, and document activities in CMMS.
- Communicate with day shift and operations teams for smooth handoffs and collaborate on maintenance strategies.
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and incident investigations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in industrial automation, preferably mining/processing/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PLCs and HMIs; ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency in troubleshooting automated systems, sensors, actuators, and control devices
- Supervisory experience preferred; high school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of safety regulations
- Physical ability: lift 60 lbs, stand 12 hours, work outdoors in all weather, wear PPE including respirator (clean-shaven required)
