What you will do

• Oversee team employees and delegate assignments based on skills
• Inspect work, assist with technical issues, and track time, materials, and resources
• Address discipline problems and partner with production manager on issues
• Maintain clean and safe work area and complete assemblies as needed
• Assist with training and orientation for new team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years in manufacturing, electrical wiring, or related field
• Prior experience leading a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and pay strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety; read blueprints and diagrams
• Basic math skills and understanding of tools like tape measure and impact drill
• Physical: Lift up to 35 lbs, prolonged standing/bending, wear PPE
