Salary: $45.00 - $70.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Perform equipment troubleshooting, relay testing, start-up, and commissioning services for electrical infrastructure.
• Lead technical teams across multiple markets and project scopes, providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Provide onsite construction support, supervise installation, and verify compliance with engineering designs.
• Program and install protective relaying, control systems, SCADA, and PLC systems.
• Prepare detailed field testing, investigation, and construction progress reports.
• Assist in the detailed design of electric power systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Associates preferred.
• 3+ years of Substation Testing Experience.
• Certification: NETA II/III or NICET II.
• Full-time US work authorization required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience leading highly technical projects.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and travel 50–75% of the time.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and power system software such as EasyPower, ETAP, or SKM.
• Experience with Omicron test equipment.
• SEL equipment installation and RTAC configuration experience.
• Experience with IEC61850, DNP3, or MODBUS protocols.
