What you will do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues, repair or replace components
• Respond promptly to maintenance and emergency requests
• Track and reconcile work orders, parts used via PDA system
• Maintain company van, tools, and parts inventory
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and comply with OSHA regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical school certification
• 3-5 years experience in commercial/retail facility maintenance
• Current state-issued driver’s license with good record
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work at heights, in confined spaces, and travel
