What you will do

• Lead a small senior-heavy solution engineering team building reusable libraries and platform enablement tools.
• Coach engineers, contribute to hiring, and provide feedback for team development.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to establish shared standards and guidance.
• Drive adoption of modern CI/CD, deployment, scanning, and scaling practices across teams.
• Serve as escalation point for complex production issues, triaging and coordinating resolutions.
• Champion secure development practices, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, 8+ years software engineering experience including technical leadership across teams
• Proven delivery of scalable enterprise software in distributed/cloud environments
• Hands-on with backend/frontend: C#/.NET, RESTful APIs, modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with relational DBs (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), CI/CD, DevOps, AWS/Azure
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders; production support including incident triage
• Ability to work remotely within the United States aligned to Eastern Time
