Business Development Representative (Web3)

hirify.global is building Altitude, a suite of business accounts on stablecoin rails including global accounts, payments, and invoicing, backed by Haun, Multicoin, and Coinbase.

What you will do

• Run high-volume outbound campaigns across email, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
• Partner with GTM Engineering to develop and refine AI-powered multi-touch sequences.
• Research and identify high-fit accounts and high-intent signals within the crypto ecosystem.
• Conduct qualification calls to surface pain points and hand off qualified opportunities to AEs.
• Attend crypto conferences and side events to generate pipeline in person.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in outbound sales, business development, or a hustle-intensive role.
• Crypto-native and stablecoin-obsessed (non-negotiable).
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong written communication skills for high-volume, sharp messaging.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sequencing platforms like Apollo, and AI-powered workflows.
