TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners including manufacturers, provider groups, and equipment dealers.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities to convert prospects into active relationships.
  • Create tailored partner value propositions and proposals to position the company as the preferred financing partner.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership and referral agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance.
  • Manage partner onboarding and ongoing account management to ensure measurable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Credit, Sales, and Marketing to structure competitive financing programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing, business development, or corporate development experience in healthcare finance or related industries.
  • Proven success in building and managing partnerships with manufacturers, provider groups, or institutional lenders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring partnership/referral agreements.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel 20–40%.
