What you will do

  • Own new business bookings performance across ~50-person field sales team including managers, account executives, and sales engineering.
  • Build and enforce scalable sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity models.
  • Lead talent development, performance management, and cross-functional alignment with marketing, BDR, and delivery.
  • Drive increases in new logo production, deal size, win rates, and funnel conversion.
  • Participate in key deals and evolve sales handoff to delivery; travel ~30%.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in complex B2B technology/services sales; 8–10+ years leading multi-layer sales organizations.
  • Proven scaling of sales organizations with expertise in forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM execution, sales process design, and capacity modeling.
  • Strong record building/coaching sales leadership; experience in mid-market ERP/SaaS/services sales.
  • Analytical, execution-focused with executive presence; comfortable in strategy and hands-on operations.
