Pay range: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sync strategy aligned with global objectives to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Provide creative guidance to the team on market trends, client needs, and optimal music placements, including pitching and curating from WMG's catalog.
• Drive business development and sales to secure new sync opportunities, building relationships with music supervisors, agencies, production companies, and brands.
• Implement marketing strategies like showcases and industry events to promote the sync catalog.
• Manage regional budget and achieve sync revenue targets.
• Collaborate with global sync teams, A&R, marketing, legal, and finance for seamless deal execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience leading large teams with strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of sync licensing, synchronization rights, licenses, usage restrictions, music publishing, master rights, and copyright.
• Comprehensive understanding of music ownership and IP laws.
• Passionate about industry trends in film, TV, advertising, and streaming.
• Strong decision-making under pressure, critical thinking, and execution of clearances and pitches.
