Base compensation: $24,000/year ($2,000/month) + commissions and contract splits

What you will do

• Learn the full operation of the practice and participate in joint fieldwork to build expertise.
• Meet new and existing clients to build relationships, solicit products, and service accounts.
• Position financial products, services, and strategies using tools like Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, and What-If Tax.
• Participate in community events for client acquisition and financial education.
• Research client inquiries, collaborate on complex scenarios, and document all meetings.

Requirements

• Onsite in Glenwood City, WI (hybrid possible in future)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans encouraged.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities/insurance licensing (e.g., Series 6/7, 63/66).
• Strong computer aptitude (Microsoft Office, Salesforce).
• Ability to multitask under interruptions and handle confidential information.
