What you will do

• Lead and manage client accounting engagements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, financial analysis, and grant invoicing
• Serve as primary client contact and manage inquiries
• Review deliverables, support junior staff, and assist with audits
• Leverage cloud-based systems like QuickBooks for client deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA or active candidate preferred
• 2–5 years accounting experience, ideally with nonprofits
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and audit experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations

• Sage Intacct experience
