TL;DR
Associate Director, Financial Analysis: Develop sophisticated models of historical and future revenue and expense streams for Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships teams with an accent on financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Focus on building financial models, trend analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring funder and stakeholder requirements are met.
Location: Remote (in the U.S.), main residence must be within the US. Collaborative working hours: 10 AM - 3 PM PT.
Salary: $108,503 to $132,825 annually.

What you will do
- Support budgeting, forecasting, annual budgets, and multi-year planning processes.
- Maintain and improve financial planning and analysis solutions, including data models and budget-to-actuals tracking.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to leadership for strategic objectives.
- Prepare reports, government grant invoices, drawdowns, and track foundation grant spending.
- Own nonprofit fund accounting and oversee monthly close processes.
- Supervise and support direct reports (Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst).
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting and financial planning experience.
- Superlative Excel skills with hands-on analysis and modeling experience.
- Experience with Sage Intacct.
- Nonprofit finance experience.
- Experience with Limelight, Adaptive Planning, or equivalent FP&A solution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and resolve cross-functional issues.
