What you will do

• Manage territory planning operations, including design, account segmentation, and alignment.
• Execute annual planning processes, including quota setting support and headcount modeling.
• Build and enhance analytics and reporting using Salesforce and Power BI.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Systems to ensure data alignment.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Alteryx and SQL.
• Analyze sales performance and operational trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or similar data automation tools.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analysis and workflow efficiency.
