TL;DR

GTM Operations Analyst (Fintech): Improving opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and sales funnel effectiveness across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with an accent on cross-functional processes, forecasting, and Clari platform utilization. Focus on scaling repeatable processes, supporting FY26 planning, and optimizing Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Location: Must be located in one of our location hubs: New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA

Salary: $130K - $155K

What you will do

  • Support Sales Reps and leadership in opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and inspection cadences.
  • Partner on FY26 account planning, capacity planning, and Pod/Primary Industry alignment.
  • Contribute to Sales Enablement refreshes for opportunity processes, quoting, and contracting.
  • Improve Quote-to-Cash and Billing by identifying gaps and partnering with RevOps and FinOps.
  • Manage Sales Compensation operations, including plan administration and commission calculations.
  • Drive Clari adoption for JEP development, dashboarding, MEDDPICC scoring, and AI features.
  • Build scalable content, documentation, and processes to boost sales funnel effectiveness.
  • Assist with automation initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks across the GTM funnel.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role
  • Must be located in NYC, DC, Seattle, Miami, or SF
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Experience working with Sales teams and senior GTM leadership
  • Hands-on with Clari, Salesforce, and sales enablement workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented for fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with account planning and capacity modeling
  • Exposure to Variable Compensation programs
  • Familiarity with CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Exposure to AI-driven sales tools and forecasting
  • SaaS, B2B, or Fintech experience
