What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritize product enhancements and feature requests based on technical feasibility and business impact.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to drive initiatives from conception to release.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategies.
• Track key product metrics and performance indicators throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate project planning, estimation, status reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, specifically JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by location and core business hours).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within K–12 or higher education systems.
• Familiarity with SIS platforms such as PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Clever, and Classlink.
• Experience with educational data privacy standards (FERPA compliance).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Databricks or Power BI.
• Knowledge of law enforcement, public safety, or the K-12 industry.
