TL;DR

VP, Growth Marketing (AI): Lead the strategy, performance, and execution of the company’s growth engine across web, paid media, demand generation, and content with an accent on balancing brand and performance, long-term growth and near-term results, and global consistency with regional impact. Focus on building and scaling a high-performing growth engine, optimizing buyer journeys and website conversion, setting paid media strategies, and driving pipeline creation and revenue impact.

Location: Hybrid Mountain View, CA (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: $190k-$280k per year (California)

What you will do

  • Lead growth marketing strategy across web, paid media, demand generation, and content.
  • Build and scale a high-performing growth engine driving awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Own company website as a strategic asset, improving positioning, buyer journeys, conversion, and experimentation.
  • Set paid media strategy and investment model with accountability for performance and scale.
  • Lead demand generation for new business and expansion, and build content strategy for the buyer journey.
  • Establish operating cadence for goals, insights, optimization, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, and others.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team fostering accountability, experimentation, and high standards.

Requirements

  • Hybrid in Mountain View, CA office 2-3 days per week
  • Proven B2B SaaS marketing leader with deep experience in growth, demand generation, digital, and content.
  • 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including senior leadership in growth or demand gen.
  • Strong in performance marketing, conversion, strategic judgment, prioritization, and leadership.
  • Experience owning ambitious pipeline goals across enterprise and commercial motions.
  • Clear communication with Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and executives.
  • Track record of building and scaling teams.
  • AI literacy: integrate AI into workflow, use LLMs for productivity, effective prompting, curiosity, adaptability, critical thinking

Nice to have

  • Track record leading web, paid, demand gen, and content at scale.
  • Driving pipeline in product-led and sales-led environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics, data, AI, or enterprise software markets.
  • Experience supporting global GTM teams across AMER, EMEA, APJ.
  • Understanding of AI reshaping content, digital, and growth strategy.
