Sales Exec – Identity Security Business Development (Fintech): Own and scale strategic partnerships to support identity security in the U.S. financial services market with an accent on originating, structuring, and growing revenue-driving partnerships. Location: United States - Field (must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US), up to 30% travel.
Salary: $81,045–$118,867 per year (plus variable pay via sales compensation plan).

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships and lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify, source, and negotiate new partnership opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with partners to generate pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with top customers of strategic partners to influence adoption and joint go-to-market.
- Work cross-functionally to align partnerships with company goals and translate insights to product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic alliances, or enterprise sales.
- Experience working with financial institutions, banking platforms, or identity verification companies.
- Proven ability to source, structure, and grow revenue-driving partnerships.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales and partnership environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity verification, fraud, risk, or compliance solutions.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, identity verification & authentication, and fraud.
- Experience managing co-selling with enterprise sales teams.
