Longueuil, QC, Canada (Hybrid). The position is based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters.

hirify.global Renewable Energy Inc. is an independent renewable energy producer with assets in Canada, the United States, France and Chile, developing hydroelectric facilities, wind farms, solar farms and energy storage.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs, job specifications, and qualifications.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including postings, screening, interviews, compensation negotiation, and administrative aspects.
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with HR policies.
  • Provide exceptional experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Meet key performance indicators for recruitment quality and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition projects for diversity, social media, and school partnerships.
  • Contribute to tools, process improvements, and employer branding on social networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) required for collaboration outside Québec.
  • Experience managing requisitions across business areas from entry to mid-level.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

  • Experience developing social media campaigns.
  • Spanish language skills.
