What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Manage the full candidate interviewing process, including organizing in-person interviews.
• Create job postings, review incoming resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario
• Preferably 1 year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong internal drive.
