What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development roles from sourcing and screening through offer and close.
  • Source active and passive candidates via direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  • Incorporate diversity and inclusion strategies throughout every step of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and requisition status within the ATS.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales, GTM, or high-volume environments.
  • Proven ability to source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and experience with modern ATS systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Must be based in Canada.
