TL;DR

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Must be based in Canada)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across media, tech, sales, and events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define success measures and structured interview processes.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through targeted sourcing.
  • Conduct evidence-based interviews to accurately assess candidate capabilities.
  • Support broader People Operations tasks, including onboarding and HR documentation.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding and application of evidence-based recruiting methodologies.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates from Junior to Executive levels.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Comfort with AI tools and a genuine interest in automation.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Lever TRM.
  • Background in media, publishing, or marketing industries.
  • Experience supporting people operations or HR projects.
