Student HR Opportunities (Corporate Affairs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development): Providing administrative support, coordination, and project assistance in HR functions with an accent on internal communications, recruitment processes, and learning initiatives. Location: Flexible hybrid from Toronto Office. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $23.00 to $27.00 hourly

What you will do
- Create, publish, and track content for corporate intranet and support internal communications projects.
- Partner with recruiters on talent acquisition lifecycle including job postings, onboarding, and reference checks.
- Assist with HR projects like corporate social responsibility tracking and employee volunteerism.
- Support learning and development through data collection, content creation, and LMS administration.
- Provide reception coverage and interact with organization levels and external clients.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a post-secondary institution, preferably in human resources management, and currently in a registered co-op program.
- Available full-time for the co-op term duration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous HR experience as an asset.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and prioritize tasks accurately.
