Salary: $214,500 - $284,500 annually

What you will do
- Develop and implement global budget and resource planning strategy aligned with business and portfolio priorities.
- Build and optimize integrated resource budgeting, allocation, and management models partnering with Finance, HR, and GCO leadership.
- Establish centralized processes for tracking, forecasting, and reporting Opex, workforce targets, utilization, and capacity planning.
- Lead cross-functional forums, provide analytics/insights, and resolve resource allocation conflicts.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and predictive analytics for capacity utilization and portfolio demand.
- Build and lead a global resource management network, promote data transparency, and drive change management.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and verbal English; exceptional communication for executive audiences.
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related; Bachelor's +12 years or Master's/MBA +8 years experience in clinical development/operations.
- 5+ years leading global resource/workforce management at pharma/CRO; experience with 1000+ person organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), resource tools (Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan); deep clinical operations knowledge.
- Advanced analytical skills, strategic mindset, global matrix leadership, ability to work across time zones.
- Up to 10% international/domestic travel may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-based resource management.
- Oncology therapeutic area experience.
- Expertise in tools like Planisware, Smartsheet; managing FSPs, CROs, contractors.
