Location: Remote (supporting US West market: WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, KS, OK, TX, LA in PST, MST, CST; preference for candidates based here, flexible for adjacent Central market states)
Salary: $130,000–$170,000

What you will do
- Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Patient Experience Advisors, establishing career paths, performance standards, and providing coaching for retention and growth.
- Ensure advisors stay current on healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices through training and knowledge sharing, serving as thought leadership steward.
- Evolve advisory offerings at scale, including insights, improvement programs, toolkits, and education, partnering with functional leaders for enhanced services.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Analytics, and experts to develop scalable resources, training materials, and internal education initiatives.
- Act as voice of Advisory with Product for new launches, readiness, and alignment between product evolution and client guidance.
- Oversee operations including forecasting, quality monitoring, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration for scalable growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive leadership in healthcare
- Proven experience managing high-performing teams of 10+ members
- Strong background in consulting, strategic planning, operational execution, budgeting
- Experience leading Patient Experience initiatives and working with related data (analysis, reporting, presenting)
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred; clinical background preferred)
