Salary: $247,000–$337,000 Annual

What you will do

• Develop enterprise AI strategy aligned with corporate goals and patient-centric mission.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and activate high-value AI use cases across therapeutic areas and functions.
• Bridge non-technical stakeholders and technical teams to ensure AI impacts operations and strategy.
• Embed AI into operating models, drive organizational change, and champion AI literacy programs.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI, including bias mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Represent at industry forums, track AI portfolio ROI, and report progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 15 years progressive business leadership in life sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, CRO/CDMO).
• Deep knowledge of at least two major functional areas (e.g., R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Operations).
• Track record leading complex cross-functional AI-related strategic initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies like AI/ML through business lens and spot hype from substance.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder facilitation.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for AI in life sciences (FDA, EMA).
