Hybrid role based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Work from the office at least two days each week. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Salary: $195,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing field revenue operations team, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Translate data into actionable insights on sales processes, win-loss rates, and efficiency improvements.
- Manage proactive pipeline and territory performance, resolving issues in ramp stages, deal mix, and conversions.
- Design and execute annual sales compensation plans aligned with growth goals.
- Build sales motions, methodologies, deal inspections, and forecasting, leveraging AI for automation.
- Map sales capacity to ARR potential using commercial and data-driven approaches.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Finance, with leadership in SaaS/tech.
- Deep expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and RevTech stack, focusing on AI and automation.
- Advanced analytics skills for predictive modeling and forward-looking narratives.
- Strong commercial fluency in territory design, quota setting, and subscription business mechanics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
