What you will do

• Act as a culture ambassador and partner with business leaders to drive change and manage impacts to team members.
• Provide day-to-day coaching on performance improvement, ER issues, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Execute high-impact annual P&C programs, including compensation planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement and drive adoption of P&C programs.
• Support large-scale people projects, specifically the integration of acquired businesses across the APAC region.
• Transform HR analytics into data-driven business insights and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People & Culture within a large, complex matrix organization.
• Hands-on experience leading annual P&C programs like performance management and HR governance.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and experience delivering presentations to stakeholders.
• Current knowledge of Australian Government Fair Work requirements and employment law.
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
