What you will do

• Provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees on complex or high-risk matters.
• Lead employee relations cases, investigations, and resolutions with compliance focus.
• Coach managers on performance management, conduct issues, and resolution pathways.
• Execute regional workforce and succession planning activities.
• Champion culture and engagement initiatives tailored to regional needs.
• Lead implementation of HR projects and mentor junior HR business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive HR experience in generalist or business partner role with regional or multi-site scope.
• Advanced expertise in employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
• Strong judgment, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
