People Business Partner (PBP) - Corporate: Act as a strategic partner to corporate teams in finance, marketing, legal, and tech, providing guidance on talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement with an accent on aligning People strategy with business objectives. Focus on resolving employee relations issues, supporting organizational change initiatives, utilizing People metrics for data-driven insights, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Location: Hybrid in Birkirkara, Malta (4 days office / 1 day home after probation)

What you will do
- Serve as trusted advisor to corporate functions on People needs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and foster positive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute talent management programs like succession planning and high-potential identification.
- Guide managers on performance management, goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
- Support organizational change and restructuring transitions.
- Provide People metrics, analytics, and data-driven insights to leaders.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and collaborate with other People functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years in People Business Partner or similar generalist role
- Experience supporting corporate functions (finance, IT, marketing, legal) from People perspective
- Strong understanding of People processes: payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, HR reporting tools

- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
- Experience in organizational change initiatives
