What you will do

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and scaling teams.
• Partner on workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
• Guide organizational design, role clarity, team effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Drive high-performance culture through performance management, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
• Support leaders through change, business transformation, and growth.
• Leverage people analytics for decisions and collaborate across HR functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years HR experience, 4+ years in senior strategic HR partnership
• Strong experience in Global, APAC, and GTM-facing roles; tech/high-growth environments
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws across multiple APAC markets; complex employee relations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar)
• Proven strategic thinking with hands-on execution; excellent collaboration and influence skills
• Strong analytical mindset and solutions-oriented approach
