What you will do

• Implement Altera software solutions, specifically Sunrise EMR (Core and Ambulatory), at client sites primarily in Manitoba.
• Execute project workplan tasks in collaboration with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and CMIOs.
• Perform complex system configurations and provide high-level technical guidance to clients.
• Consult on critical ambulatory processes including registration, scheduling, and clinical documentation to optimize electronic workflows.
• Identify and resolve system or workflow issues throughout the project implementation lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations from end-users to executive leadership to ensure successful activation and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on healthcare IT implementation and configuration experience.
• Functional knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Sunrise EMR preferred; Epic or Meditech valued).
• Experience working as part of a formal implementation project team.
• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• Proven client presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Clinical background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinic rollouts.
• Technical proficiency in SQL or SSRS reporting.
• Project management experience in long-term implementation cycles.
