TL;DR

Broker Manager (Healthcare): Responsible for the success, engagement, and production of independent agents working closely with operations and field sales to drive broker performance and market growth. Focus on executing sales plans, analyzing production reports, delivering training, influencing broker sales through product positioning, and achieving territory sales objectives.

Location: Fully Remote - Must be located in Arizona

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base annually plus commission

What you will do

  • Execute market plans for brokers and provide action plans based on production reports
  • Deliver real-time feedback, classroom and field training to brokers
  • Influence brokers to increase sales by positioning products and promoting the brand
  • Manage territory contacts, organize sales events and training to meet regional goals
  • Build relationships with brokers and agencies while reporting daily activities for alignment
  • Coordinate with local sales team and adhere to compliance and Medicare marketing guidelines

Requirements

  • State Health Insurance License in good standing
  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be located in Arizona
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate internally and externally, adapt to change, and learn quickly
  • Knowledge of systems, data analytics, marketing strategy, and broker market environment
