TL;DR

Senior Director of Consumer Marketing (Card + Loan Products): Own the full-funnel marketing strategy and performance for hirify.global’s Credit Card, Personal Loans, Earned Wage Access, and Co-branded Card Programs with an accent on acquisition campaigns, lifecycle management, and P&L impact. Focus on developing scalable systems, optimizing multi-channel programs, and driving customer lifetime value in a regulated fintech environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid; 3 days in office)

Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 base per year + equity

What you will do

  • Develop and own long-term consumer marketing strategy across credit cards, loans, and co-branded programs aligned with company growth targets.
  • Lead annual/quarterly planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Design and execute large-scale acquisition campaigns including pre-screen, I2A, and direct mail.
  • Manage full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, building automated journeys to boost lifetime value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Merchant teams.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver insights influencing product and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in acquisition/lifecycle marketing, 5+ years in Director+ leadership.
  • Proven track record scaling credit card, consumer lending, or financing programs in fintech/financial services.
  • Strong business strategy acumen for translating objectives into marketing plans and P&L impact.
  • Deep experience with marketing processes, MarTech (Iterable preferred), direct mail, credit bureaus, segmentation.
  • Hands-on analytical skills, compliance mindset, cross-functional collaboration.
