Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Operate and administer Workday as the end-to-end HRIS platform.
• Lead technical administration of Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Security, and System Integration.
• Analyze requirements and design, recommend, and implement HRIS-driven process improvements.
• Configure and optimize HRIS modules, workflows, and integrations with Payroll, ATS, Finance, and other systems.
• Manage access permissions, audit HR data, and maintain data security, quality, and integrity.
• Document HRIS workflows and train HR staff and end users.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Workday configuration and other HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into HRIS solutions.
• Project management, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on understanding of HR policies and processes, including their integration into HRIS.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while considering long-term operational needs.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM certification in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, or Reporting.
