What you will do
- Own and grow sales for assigned strategic OEM and enterprise accounts.
- Define and execute tailored go-to-market strategies and manage full sales cycle from leads to closes.
- Build executive relationships across Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
- Champion customer needs internally to shape product priorities and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Services, Marketing, and Product teams for proposals and delivery.
- Identify opportunities in AIoT, Robotics, Consumer AI; represent at industry events.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Japanese and English (oral and written).
- 7+ years enterprise sales or strategic account management, ideally automotive or tech B2B.
- Proven track record owning revenue targets with large OEM/enterprise accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in AIoT, robotics, or consumer devices is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, collaborative in high-ambiguity settings.
