What you will do

• Redesign business processes and customer journeys to enhance service, control, and compliance.
• Oversee project delivery, focusing on change management, user adoption, and training.
• Facilitate communication between technologists and stakeholders, aligning initiatives for coordinated action.
• Assess ongoing success and scale best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years leading process improvement projects in Financial Services (mandatory), alternative fund services advantageous.
• Demonstrable delivery in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Automation projects.
• Strong client engagement, consulting background, and senior stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor's degree; effective facilitation, influencing, and negotiation.
• Comfortable across multiple jurisdictions; analytical decision-making in complex situations.
• Strong communication for clear written and presentation materials; experience in tech engagement and change management.
