What you will do

  • Lead and manage business change activities across various projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify effects on people, processes, and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project managers, and business teams.
  • Identify change risks and resistance, developing effective mitigation plans to ensure adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and briefings to support organizational understanding and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business change, organizational change, or transformation role.
  • Experience supporting large-scale change programs involving process or technology shifts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of market connectivity solutions including ISO20022 MX, API, and SFTP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption metrics and project risks.
