What you will do

  • Lead and develop a distributed team of actuarial and technology specialists.
  • Oversee the redesign of valuation processes using best-practice process engineering to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Strengthen the valuation control environment by identifying risks and implementing robust governance standards.
  • Drive automation and orchestration initiatives by embedding AI and modern data-driven solutions into workflows.
  • Manage a transformation roadmap, ensuring delivery discipline and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure solution adoption and impact.

Requirements

  • Strong grounding in actuarial valuation concepts and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience managing mixed actuarial-technology teams and delivering change in controlled environments.
  • Experience navigating complex, regulated environments with high standards of documentation and governance.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical information.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
