What you will do

  • Prospect for new business across multiple functional areas in highly-targeted named accounts.
  • Build deep relationships with multiple buying personas and gain understanding of customer processes and problems.
  • Articulate how hirify.global solutions connect to prospect’s business objectives using a customer-centric approach.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, post-sales, alliances, sales engineering, and value engineering to advance opportunities.
  • Develop tailored account plans, sales strategies, and perpetual pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hirify.global platform and effectively communicate its value proposition.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company
  • Experience closing quick wins and managing complex, multi-year sales cycles to Global 2000 companies
  • Proven track record selling to and influencing C-level executives while building buying team consensus
  • Strong knowledge of data-analytics industry, competitor products, and capabilities
  • Exceptional time, people management, and pipeline planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Compliance with U.S. export controls required
