Location: Hybrid or Remote Eligible in United Kingdom - London, Portugal - Field, France - Field. Hybrid role requires 3 days a week in office. Unrestricted work authorization for the country of employment required.

What you will do
- Design and balance sales territories across product lines and channels, partnering with leadership for optimal assignments.
- Own and maintain quota models, assessing impact of initiatives on revenue.
- Document sales processes and territory rules for stakeholder alignment.
- Identify process bottlenecks, lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Legal, and Tech teams.
- Audit account and opportunity assignments for compliance and accurate compensation.
- Analyze sales and partner data to uncover trends, create dashboards and reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Math, etc.).
- 4–6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or highly analytical business role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Unrestricted work authorization for the country of employment.
Nice to have
- High proficiency in Salesforce administration or reporting.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven track record managing territories and quotas in multi-channel environments.
- Hands-on experience with data enrichment, prospecting, conversation intelligence, and intent data tools.
