Success Engagement Manager (SmartMDU): Drive growth and adoption of SmartMDU for MSPs and CSPs in the MDU market with an accent on project management, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies. Focus on developing training content, leading launch processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and gather feedback.

Remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. In-person meeting required as part of recruitment and hiring process.

$99,000–$189,800 USD annual base (varies by location; bonus eligible).

What you will do

  • Project manage new product launches from point of sale through onboarding, launch, and adoption.
  • Create and evolve enablement programs, roadmaps, guides, videos, and training materials for MSPs and CSPs.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and develop use cases for SmartMDU.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Services, Success, and Sales to build compelling solutions.
  • Gather product feedback, plan feature adoptions, and propagate self-service assets.
  • Support hirify.global Community with best practice articles and customer case studies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in solution/product management, marketing, or success roles.
  • 1-3+ years direct customer advocacy and engagement in success, services, consulting, project, or account management.
  • Experience in the MDU market required.
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers required.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and launch processes for hardware/software.
  • Strong written communication, public speaking, and strategic execution skills.
  • Travel <25%; valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

  • B2B and B2B2C marketing experience.
  • Developing enablement content and delivering training.
  • Project management experience.
  • SaaS, telecommunications, or commercial Wi-Fi industry experience.
