Remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. In-person meeting required as part of recruitment and hiring process.
$99,000–$189,800 USD annual base (varies by location; bonus eligible).

What you will do
- Project manage new product launches from point of sale through onboarding, launch, and adoption.
- Create and evolve enablement programs, roadmaps, guides, videos, and training materials for MSPs and CSPs.
- Lead go-to-market planning and develop use cases for SmartMDU.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Services, Success, and Sales to build compelling solutions.
- Gather product feedback, plan feature adoptions, and propagate self-service assets.
- Support Community with best practice articles and customer case studies.
Requirements
- 8+ years in solution/product management, marketing, or success roles.
- 1-3+ years direct customer advocacy and engagement in success, services, consulting, project, or account management.
- Experience in the MDU market required.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers required.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and launch processes for hardware/software.
- Strong written communication, public speaking, and strategic execution skills.
- Travel <25%; valid driver's license required.
Nice to have
- B2B and B2B2C marketing experience.
- Developing enablement content and delivering training.
- Project management experience.
- SaaS, telecommunications, or commercial Wi-Fi industry experience.
