Salary: $133,000–$149,000 per annum

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end AI Agent delivery from business discovery and design to go-live, hypercare, and optimization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery pods including Experience Designers, AI Agent Engineers, and Telephony Engineers.
- Drive customer outcomes and long-term success by running QBRs, tracking KPIs, and managing multi-phase AI transformations.
- Establish scalable governance through the creation of playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and UAT processes.
- Guide enterprise customers through operational readiness, change management, and AI scaling best practices.
- Act as the face of AI strategy for IT executives and C-suite stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, professional services, program management, or consulting (SaaS, AI, or CX preferred).
- Proven success leading complex enterprise implementations with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of contact center KPIs such as containment, AHT, CSAT, and NPS.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with Conversational AI, VoiceAI, RAG systems, or NLU/NLP platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, Talkdesk, or Zoom Contact Center.
