Focus on developing new business relationships, managing accounts, and leading win strategies for complex sales cycles.

Location: Massachusetts Remote, remote and hybrid work options. Ability to travel extensively required.

What you will do

  • Maximize value for biotech clients by qualifying all relevant capabilities and expanding multi-service opportunities.
  • Meet quarterly and annual targets for new logos, multi-service deals, and win rates.
  • Develop new business relationships and grow existing accounts with enterprise mindset.
  • Manage accounts, coordinate with BD teams across units and CRO partners.
  • Lead commercial collaboration on win strategies and analyze account pipelines.
  • Leverage internal resources like SDRs and SMEs for business development.
  • Maintain Salesforce records, complete administrative tasks, and coordinate territory reviews.
  • Build partnerships with delivery, logistics, and customer care teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5–7+ years in sales or business development in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles and multi-service scenarios.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and hirify.global’s products/services.
  • Excellent communication, cold calling, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop client and internal relationships, commercial acumen with pricing/contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
