What you will do

• Own the vision for the entire Seller Experience platform spanning multiple products and services.
• Drive platform modernization by migrating legacy systems to scalable architectures.
• Make technical decisions on technology selection, system design, reliability, performance, and developer velocity.
• Ensure best-in-class engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and lead greenfield product development.
• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams across US and offshore locations while fostering a high-trust culture.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers and scaling teams of 30+ engineers
• Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives including greenfield launches and migrations
• Deep knowledge of modern architectures like microservices, event-driven systems, and APIs; hands-on with .NET or similar
• Experience managing distributed/offshore teams and remote collaboration
• Strong product sense and communication skills for executives and cross-functional partners
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or seller/merchant tooling preferred

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Point of Sale, inventory management, or order fulfillment systems
• Background in agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience in large organizations like post-acquisition integrations
