What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across functions and regions, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines via headhunting, university relationships, and industry networks.
• Optimize time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and achieve SLAs for internal clients.
• Develop DEI strategies to improve representation in recruiting.
• Leverage TA tools like ATS, CRM for efficiency, reporting, and data insights to leadership.
• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years talent acquisition experience, including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Track record scaling recruiting in high-growth, multi-region environments.
• Deep end-to-end recruitment experience across tech/engineering, sales, marketing, product, operations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and data-driven TA analytics skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, budgeting, and vendor management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Global mobility and international recruitment.
• HR/Talent Acquisition certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, AIRS).
