What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters supporting multiple functions and levels.
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and Finance on headcount planning and executable recruiting strategies.
- Manage hiring teams across corporate, product, and engineering domains in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Track and report on a comprehensive metrics suite to identify bottlenecks and improve team performance.
- Shape employer branding and candidate messaging to engage top talent early in the process.
- Champion and coach the team on fair, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience hiring across corporate, product, and engineering functions.
- Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and presenting insights to leadership.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and offer management.
- Must be based in Dallas, Texas to comply with the hybrid work model.
